ICIWorld Is a real estate information and business opportunities listing service. We have been in operation since 1994 providing two private databases. Database one is reserved for IDX licence subscribers, who are also Members of The Association of Real Estate Brokers and Salespeople.  Database two is reserved for the public to provide real estate information and business opportunities as ‘HAVES’ and ‘WANTS’.

Types of real estate information

Database 1 and 2 receive advertising in commercial, business, and residential real estate information and Opportunities.  

‘HAVES’ and ‘WANTS’

ICIWorld uses these two tags to identify the intent of a listing. ‘HAVES’ are sellers who are offering a property for sale or for lease.  ‘WANTS’ is a special tag, unique to our service. Users are able to ask the network for help sourcing property for sale or for lease. 

Where does the real estate information come from?

The real estate information is provided one listing at a time by Network users just like you!   Everyone is welcome to search databases 1 and 2 for free. Everyone is welcome to add their HAVE or WANT to database 2. Real estate information and business opportunities is provided from every corner of the earth.
